Department: Sustainable Development

Description: This is a privately-initiated text change by Margaret Carr, Agent for GNVoices, Inc., to amend 4 sections of the Land Development Code related to public participation and notice: Section 30-2.1. – Definitions; Section 30-3.7. – Public participation; Section 30-3.8. – Public notice; Section 30-3.12. – Review procedures.

Fiscal Note: If approved, the proposed text amendment would cost the City $65,648 for each legislative item prior to board review (text changes to the Land Development Code and Future Land Use amendments)

Department: Sustainable Development

Description: This petition is coming to the City Plan Board as a discussion item. This is a proposal to look at the current uses in all zoning districts and amend those uses to increase development opportunities.

• Recommendation: The City Plan Board review the analysis and provide further direction.
