Description: This is a privately-initiated text change by Margaret Carr, Agent for GNVoices, Inc., to amend 4 sections of the Land Development Code related to public participation and notice: Section 30-2.1. – Definitions; Section 30-3.7. – Public participation; Section 30-3.8. – Public notice; Section 30-3.12. – Review procedures.


Fiscal Note: If approved, the proposed text amendment would cost the City $65,648 for each legislative item prior to board review (text changes to the Land Development Code and Future Land Use amendments)
